HP BL45P Health LED is on , please SOS, SOS

Hi all
I have A BladeSystem p-class Enclosure with 4 BL45p Blade.
after a Environment power Failure , All of Blades dos not power on, and Health LED on the front panel of server is RED!!!.
I connect to iLO and i see iLo Time and Date NOT SET .
Please HElp me, My life is under the dangerous

Try to re-insert the blades to enclosure.

i re-insert the blade to that enclosure and another enclosure but the problem exist still.
NOTE: i insert another blade to that Enclosure , the blade is health and power up. therfor i belive that Enclosure is health, only my 4 BL45p blade servers is not health.

what do i do?!!!

Try by putting one blade at a time and not all of 4 blades at a time.

Maybe one or more blades have internal component like VRM problem/failure etc. which causing them not to power on.

it's true,
My servers have VRM failure and VRM-LEDs are ON(RED).
so, what can i do for this problem?
is it possible to replace or repair this module on the same system board? or i have to change the system board completely?
