HP BL460c in c7000 enclosure health check red after shutdown-restart
We have 29 BL460c servers in two enclosures:
The health check of each server submitted a shutdown/restart lits red without any IML error message.
After that, we have to unplug / replug the server to power it again.

Re: HP BL460c in c7000 enclosure health check red after shutdown-restart
Do you have 29 blades total in these two enclosures or 29 which had the problem and an additional 3 which did not have the problem?
What version of the ILO firmware do you have installed? What firmware on the OA? Do you have Virtual connect?

The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

Re: HP BL460c in c7000 enclosure health check red after shutdown-restart
Hi,
That problem occurs on any server from the 29 blades.
My customer is using the latest FW (2.25) on the OA but using the 1.50 on iLO.
I have asked him to upgrade to 1.61(B) and do a test to see if that resolve the problem
Both enclosures are using GbE2c (no VC).
I will update the case after getting the test result.
Thanks.

Check the BIOS firmware level as well.
You must meet a supported ILO/OA/BIOS compatible firmware combination.
