Hi I want to know about HP BLc VC Flex-10 Enet Module Opt kit.
Is it passthru or switch. Can I take one uplink from this to main netowrk???

Definitely not a pass-thru.

Sometimes described as a switch, but not really. You cannot log in and administer like a switch.

Flex10 is a Virtual Connect Module which provides 10Gb uplinks (or 1Gb with an SFP opt) to your main network.

This is not the place for a full description of Virtual Connect, but I would recommend you read up on VC first. Then take another look at Flex10.

Is it normal UTP cable RJ45 or any special cable for that???

The Flex10-Module has 6 external slots where you can insert uplink-modules (SFP) of your choice.
RJ45 for 1G up to SFP+ for 10G-connections.
