Because the SAN interconnect module you are using is just a pass-thru (passive), you need to manage the SAN in your external SAN switches. There is nothing you can configure at the enclosure level. If you wish to simplify cabling and manageemnt somewhow, you need to replace the pass-thru interconnect with a interconnect SAN switch like Brocade or Cisco.
