HP C7000 with Flex-10 can't get to work with ESX, 2003 or 2008

We have a C7000 that is connected to a CISCO switch. The cisco switch configuration is as follows:

We have the C7000 setup (see attached) but we can't the machine to do DHCP. I have also tried changing the nic to a static address but it does not get out. I have already disabled the firewall on the machine. Any ideas as this is holding up our project... Thanks!

Ignore the ESX pics as I choose the wrong ones and am having the same issue with it. I am sure it is a C7000 setup issue for both. If you need pics from 2003, 2008 or the esx I can provide them. Thanks

This is awful. A forum where questions don't get answered. I'm closing this and will be pay for support elsewhere...
