HP Proliant BL465C
Hi Team,
HP Prliant BL 465C G7 -
OA 3.31 latest firmware
iLO3 1.20 Mar 14 2010
System rom - A19 05/10/2011 and A19 12/20/2010 - tested with both bios firmware
VCM - 3.18
windows operating- Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise 32bit
The servers intalled with the above operating system hangs and ASR reboots.
I have installed patches upgrade and downgrade firmware.
but if i disable the network card or unassign the profile for the servers it does not hang .. all works fine.
PLEASE HELP..

Have you tried booting with latest firmware DVD (9.30) to confirm you've applied the latest firmware for the LOMs. There may also be a later firmware revision available on HP's site for the LOMs. As always, I'd make sure you've installed the latest ProLiant Support Pack for your specific OS too.

Hardware does not support . so upgraded the OS.

I agree with previous post - update windows, check latest drivers update from May 2012.
but, best way - go to windows 2008, win 2003 is quite outdated for such modern hardware.
