HP insight server agent dies on citrix server

Hi..

I have 4 BL20p G3 servers with Citrix on them that the HP Insight Agent dies after about 2 minutes of uptime. When the problem was found the server had PSP 7.90 and was then upgraded to 8.15. But the Problem is still there.. When I restart the service it dies again after 2-5 minutes.

My thoughts are that something is clashing with the Agent but i don't know how to verify that. The only thing in Win eventlog is a Service Control Manager eventID 7034 that says the service was terminated unexpectedly..

I have tried uninstalling the HP insight Management agents completly and reinstalling it manually so there shouldn't be any corruption there...
