How to configure Blade failover in C-Class

Dear Gurus,
Please let me know how to configure a blade failover in C class server technology.
We would like to leave one blade as spare so that it can automatically take the place of any failed blade.
Enclosure: C7000
Blades: 460c

The situation keeps being the same, the blades are independent servers. You must use RDP to configure automatic installations and "rip and replace" scenarios.
One new thing that the c-Class has is virtual connect ethernet and fc modules. With them you can assign MAC and WWN per enclosure bay, independent of the blade there.

Hi vcespon ,
Thank you for your kind response.
Is there any reference document available to configure the blade failover in C class?

That would help a lot.
