How to configure a Virtual Connect Certificate Request

I am trying to generate Certifiacte requests for our Virtual Connect Domain, but have a run into two problems:

There doesn't appear to be any way of entering the "Country, State, Organisation, Org Unit, or Location" parameters for a Certificate Request using VC v2.32.

Also when creating a Certificate Request for a VC Domain using v2.32, the CSR does not use the name of the Domain as the subject "CN", instead it uses something like VCEXTW2948022K.

Is there any way of configuring this information when creating a CSR for a VCD?

Unfortuneatly this is still unresolved. I have checked all current FW releases for fixes to no avail. Anyone?
