I have two VC module in C7000,but when I enter the OA,I can't see "VC Manager" at "Interconnect Bays->HP 1/10g vc-enet module".
should I update the firmware of vc module ?

It needs to have an IP Address. If you had DHCP on the OA network, it would use that. But seeing that it doesn't you need to use Enclosure Bay IP Addressing which is available under enclosure settings.

Re: I can't see VC manager in OA

hi,

To see the VC manager link, you need a IP associated to your VCEthnet module. The module should be in interconnect bay 1 of the enclosure. Use the Enclosure Bay IP addressing, to set the IP for the module.

Remember the IP set should be in the same subnet of ur ILO's /OA, as the the communication happens via OA. Once the VC manager link appears, you can log into it and change the Domain IP following the instructions.
