Re: ILO problem

Is your browser configured to use a proxy server? If so, try disabling that.

What happens when you try to connect with the browser?

Does it immediately display an error message, or does the error message appear only after the connection timeout (maybe even a minute or more)?

Re: ILO problem

Browser does not use proxy server.

When I try to connect with browser - browser waits and waits and waits - with message in status bar "Opening page..."

Thx

Re: ILO problem

IE5.5 or IE6
Java 1.3.1 or 1.4.2
2003 / 2000 SP3 or SP4 / XP

had you tried front dongle with ip 192.168.1.1 (your laptop 192.168.1.10)
speed Auto

you can update ILO 1.89 but that shoyld not make difference

use front dongle - update thread

Re: ILO problem

Just wondering how you wired your OA. Did you wire the OA into the interconnect switches in that same enclosure?

Re: ILO problem

My Workstation:
Windows XP SP2
Internet Explorer 6

I have in p-class 2 Blade BL45p servers
1. ILO work on IP x.x.x.195
2. ILO does not work on IP x.x.x.193

Re: ILO problem

try next ..
set your laptop x.x.x.190 and connect cable from laptop directly to management module port, before that reseat Management module physically pull it out and set it back. check if you could pull login screen, if 1st Server works fine and second still not swap Network Mezzanine Adapter and test once again. you can try one more time reseat defaults from F8 and set only IP x.x.x.193 and subnet mask 255.255.255.0.
You had not mentioned if it work from front dongle 192.168.1.1 (your laptop 192.168.1.10)
You did rotate server through enclosure?
No Red LED at Management Modules?

I have tried to reset management module - and I can access to 1st server and cannot access to 2nd server :-(

There is no RED LED at Management module.

I have rotate Blade2: Bay (7-8) -> Bay (5-6).
I can access to 1st server and cannot access to 2nd server :-(

I will reset ILO on 2nd server and set IP address. (I have tried this solution)

I did not understand this operation...

Thank you
