Re: ILO problem

can you rotate network adapter between two servers and check if that make any difference when you connecting from network ?
you have another management module to swap from second enclosure ?
Dejanâ ¦ just update with status, points are not necessary

Re: ILO problem

I will try to rotate network adapter between 2 servers.
I don't have another management module, I have only one Blade p-class enclosure.

Thank you

Re: ILO problem

SInce I've seen this one as well, for review: problematic blade had FW 1.89, than downgreaded to 1.84 (as it was on the one working well) but still the same - pings OK, but no response from http/https ...
anyone ? any idea ?

Re: ILO problem

I am having a similar problem - I have 8 bl480cG1 blades and using enclosure bay addressing I have assigned them a range of IPs. I can ping some of the iLOs in the range but the others time out.

If i unplug the OA eth cable and then plug it back in, i can ping some of the ILOs but not others. Usually 4 or 5 at a time, some of the same ones as before, some new ones and some ones that did work, no longer work. I can never actually ping all 8.

OA nic is connected to datacenter switch. It exibhits same behavior when connected to ethernet switch in the enclosure. Happens when using OA1 or OA2 (OA2 cabled to eth switch 2 or datacenter switch)
