Inserting a BL 685c G5 in Enclosure C7000

Inserting a BL685c G5 in one of the bays and caused adjacent bay to loose connection and restart..
Does anyone experienced this issue !!

I've seen it caused by a bent midplane.

Please check the firmware levels and ensure that they are running on latest firmware compatibility set.

Does it happen in one enclosure only ?
Is it specific to a particular Bay?

Try reseating the OA tray (OA Sleeve) in the enclosure.
