Installing HPSUM on BL645c running Windows Server 2008

I have a freshly installed installation of Windows Server 2008 x64 on a BL645c. It gets to the point where it is gathering inventory and then just sits.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? Does anyone know how I can get this installed?

In PSP folder extracted the files then browse for BPxxxxx.cmd this is the only one file with .cmd file extension !!!
This one will run the PSP from CLI !!!!


will do the samething as PSP GUI HPSUM !!!
