Installing Managment agents on ESX 3.5

HI,
I am working on the VmWare ESX 3.5 which is installed on BL 460c server. Now I want to install System Managment agents on it, I have downloaded "hpmgmt-8.1.1-vmware3x.tgz" for BL 460c. I want to clarify that how I will access System Mangment Homepage for the server as there is no GUI present on ESX Service Console. Secondly how can identify and troubleshot the Hardware issues e.g. faulty RAM or Processor Module.
