LDAP Integration not encapsulating spaces in OU Name

I am trying to active Active Directory Integration but it fails because the OU where all users are contains a space. I can't figure out how to encapsulate this so it will work.
I've tried single quotes and double quotes around the entire LDAP string but it tells me there is an invalid character in the string. Example below:
"OU=SOME OU, DC=DC1,DC=DC2"

I have verified this by moving a user to a different OU without a space in the name and it works with no issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: LDAP Integration not encapsulating spaces in OU Name

Hi Neil,

Try without any quotes it works fine.
OU=SOME OU, DC=DC1,DC=DC2

you need to add the directory groups in the directory groups page of OA.

Don't forget to assign points.
