Long time to configure blade server with RDP software.

Hi everibody: I have the folowing issue, after of deployment an imagen with the RDP tool software in windows 2003 server, them select the server into de console of RDP, right click botom and select configure option, change the IP address, name server, domain. The job start correctly but it take long time (5 houres) for finish ok. Someone has had this issue before. How I can fixe this performance?,
