Monitoring VC-Enet throughput or similar

I'm sure I read *somewhere* that there is a way of looking at throughput, or at least some similar sort of information, within a single VC-Enet module, but can't for the life of me find it again now.

Does anyone know of something along these lines they can point me to? I'm specifically interested in looking at LACP throughput, just to see how "saturated" (or not) a particular uplink set is.
