NIC bonding

Hi,
We are using using
hardware : Bl460c
OS : RHEL 4 update 4
How do we do NIC teaming on the blades.

The linux bonding driver is likely the way to go. On you system there could/should be:

/usr/share/doc/kernel-doc-2.6.9/Documentation/networking/bonding.txt

which discusses bonding.
