Need help understanding error message

We recently had a situation where all I/O to the systems SAN LUNS had stoped. The only errors we see in the the syslog are the following:

Log Entry 1442: 04 Aug 2018 21:28:31
Alert Level 7: Fatal
Keyword: INIT_INITIATED
INIT initiated
Logged by: System Firmware located in bay 2,socket 1,cpu 7,thread 1
Data: Major change in system state - State Change

can someone please help me understand these messages?

Is this reporting and error with the CPU?

What are is the state change refering to?

Hi, 

The System Has been rebooted , we need to involve SW/HW support to further Analysis as Log analysis Needed on this Case.
