OA: Health status of interconnect in bay 5 changed to Unknown
Hi All we have a C7000 with the following error
OA: Health status of interconnect in bay 5 changed to Unknown
This is also being shown for Bay 2.
We have reseated bays 2 and 5.
We have failed over the OA1 to OA2, but the error still appears. These having have been working fine for years and now have error.
My next thought is to maybe firmware update the OA. Anyone come across this before?

Re: OA: Health status of interconnect in bay 5 changed to Unknown
For whatever reason the device does not answer to OA anymore.
I would try to connect serial (from OA or outside) to check the status of the device (whatever it is).
OA> connect interconnect 5
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Try reseating the OA tray assembly (OA sleeve) and ensure it is fitted correctly deep inside.
