OA and VC fimware

Hi everyone, 

I am using C7000 enclosure.I want to upgrade the firmware of OA and VC, on couple of enclosure we are using OA 4.11 and VC 4.1 version.

Can anyone provide me or tell me what new features will i get after upgrading the firmware.
