I have problem with OA menu, because the OA menu blank or can't read.

Hi!
Has it always been like this?
Is it just on the front page - can you log in?
You are running an old firmware on that enclosure - consider upgrading.
Tried another browser/desktop? (maybe an older version)
You can restart/reseat the OA module - (usually) without losing connectivity on the servers.

Could be a browser issue, but your OA firmware is much too old.
Meanwhile the current version is 3.31 - update!

Did you remove the OA board already and re-inserted it, so that it restarts? This has no impact on the servers itself so...

Dear All,
I have firmware OA on the enclosure to 3.31 anda dot net framework 3.5 SP1, but problem still appear.
For more information to you, the problem appear if i console that iLO via terminal services/remote desktop under windows 2003 server SP2.
So, guys do you have any idea?
