P-Class rack topology misconfigured

I have a P-class chassis with 2 x 3u 3 phase psu's at the bottom of the rack
we then have a 4 enchanced enclosures. for some reason we have enclosures in places where they shouldn't be. The firmware is up to 2.4 on all enclosures. The real question is there is gap between enhanced enclosures 3 & 4 due to a tft being inbetween. The blue cables that link the management links wouldn't fit for this gap. so we used a cat5e cable in it's place. Is there any reason you can't just use a normal cat5e cable? any suggestions on how i can fix this rack topology issue?

One thing that you may want to try is hitting the reset button on the back of all of the enclosures that are linked together. I have successfully used a "straight through" ethernet cable in the past with no issues.

Re: P-Class rack topology misconfigured

It ended up being a fault with management module in enclosure 3. Tested by adding the cables 1 enclosure at a time, if i discovered a fault, i unplugged that chassis and skipped to the next chassis
