Please Help - Blade 460c iLO Certificate Problem

Dear All,

I'm having problem while accessing one of the Blade Servers through iLO. The iLO is working for one of the Servers, but it doesn't work on Second Server. When I access the Server, the HTTP is working fine, as soon as it Redirects to HTTP(s), then the Page Cannot be Displayed.

I'm suspecting iLO Certificate for this server.

Any help to rectify this problem?

Here's what i got when i access:

As soon as it turns to be an SSL. I got:

The page cannot be displayed

Did you try to access the ILO thru the OA ?

If one works and the other don't I dont think this is a certificate issue !

try to change some settings in OA EBIPA section change ILO IP's !

What is the OA?

I have tried to change the IP Address, still no luck. Also, I have tried to access it by Name and IP Address. And tried to access it directly through the Front-Blade Console and set the IP Address to 192. event though, no Luck.

Is there a way to reset the iLO, or Disable the SSL on the iLO?

Its looks problem with digital certificate did you try upgrading firmware of that iLO?

I saw ur message been posted in so many threads
try this before you upgrade iLO "clear private data"(select all).

Yeah, as I'm stuggeling with this problem since along time and trying to solve it in order to start my Virtulization Project, but I couldn't find any solution for this, that's why i started to hijack other threads. I'm really sorry for that.

I have tried upgrading the firmware of the BIOS and the iLO2 firmware, but that couldn't help.

What you mean by clearing All Data?

OA = Onboard administrator this one has a GUI and you may set up IP for the ILO from there !!!

now that screenshot seems to be like port blocking ! maybe a firewall !!

check these ports they should be open :

Oh Yeah, the OA is the Enclosure iLO :) Actually, this is what I'm trying to and I have set it up via the OA. I have configured the First Time Setup Wizard an assigned the IP's.

If it is a firewall, then why one server is working and the other isn't?

* I have tried to reset the OA iLo
* I have changed the Server Slot to another one, no luck.
* I have put the Server to the Slot in which the first Server is working, no luck...

Any thoughts?

what is iLO firmware version ? n what u upgraded?
[Its nothing to do with server BIOS so dont think of that]

yeah clearing data means "CTRL+SHIFT+DEL" IN FIREFOX.
