try this:

open the server look for system battery on the system board itself !!!

take it out (the battery) and wait 5 minutes then put it back in !

and set up IP for ILO and try again !

Thanks to all of you for your corporations. The problem has been solved by Resetting the ILO2 to it's Default Settings :) During POST.
