Problem with Blade Workstation desktops

Blade Workstation support 4 monitors,
but only 2 Windows desktops (if you go in display settings Windows only thinks it has 2 monitors connected).

I get picture on all 4 monitors, but i also need 4 desktops in Windows.

Do anyone know a solution for getting 4 desktops in Windows XP?

Some info:
HP ProLiant c-Class c3000
HP XW460c Blade Workstation
HP gt7725 Thin Client
Microsoft Windows XP

Re: Problem with Blade Workstation desktops

I think the blade only supports 2 desktops (two monitors per desktop)
The RGS software supports 4 desktops but maybe not on a Blade.
I dont have my manual with me to check.

Re: Problem with Blade Workstation desktops

Is it the grafic card that only support 2 desktop?
Or is the drivers the problem?

Do you know where the limitation is?

Re: Problem with Blade Workstation desktops

Which graphics cards do you have in your blade workstations? For 4 "monitors" you need 2 of the fx770's or fx560's. If you have the fx3700m, fx1600m, or a single of any other card, it only supports 2 monitors.

If you are able to see on all 4 screens, but only 2 monitors show, you are probably running in Virtualized mode on your graphics drivers. That way you can create oversized resolutions that is basically 2 or more screens worth of pixels being displayed by one "monitor" in Windows.
