I was about to place a msg about the same problem that we are having with some of our blades (DL460c G1 with recent firmware versions) when I saw this post. A bit disappointing to find out that the solution is to replace parts. Stubborn as I can be at times I wanted to explore possible alternatives and I eventually solved the problem by resetting iLO.

There is a dependency on the iLo and the OA, iLo2 firmware must be updated to at least 1.50 before updating OA.
But in this case I'd recommend to clear the NVRAM (removing the battery).
