Pwr mgr firmware for VMWare 4.0?

I got a C7000 chassi with some BL460c G1 servers. Two of these servers are getting the "please update pwr mgr firmware" error on both the C7000 display and in OAB. Both servers are VMWare ESX 4.0 hosts.

I found the "Online ROM Flash for Linux - Power Management Controller (c-Class blades)" on the BL460c firmware page here on HP.com, but when I try to install it, I got the "Please install iLO channel interface driver" (or something like that). The problem is that I cannot find any driver like that for VMWare 4.0.

I also tried to install "HP Management Agents for VMware ESX Server 4.x" with hope that it would contain this Channel interface driver but with no luck. iLO version is freshly updated on all servers (1.78) and OAB version is latest (2.51).
