Reboot BL460c after update iLO, windows safe mode
Reverting to earlier versions of iLO set of problems are not delivered.
Replacement and upgrade the operating system with a complete cleaning system, too, has given nothing.
Help to solve this problem. Thank you.

HP ProLiant Integrated Lights-Out Management Interface Driver for Windows Server 2003/2008 x64 Editions
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=3709945&prodSeriesId=1842750&prodNameId=3288156&swEnvOID=4064&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-5213766781e04297a1b5e259af
restart the server in safe mode, a window appears asking you to click ctrl + alt + del then when moving the mouse pointer sticks for 2 seconds and the server reboots

Re: Reboot BL460c after update iLO, windows safe mode
Your link points to the Interface Management driver. You also need the Management Controller driver here:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=3709945&prodSeriesId=1842750&prodNameId=3288156&swEnvOID=4024&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-3d0e95f1468941fc8de6ccb490
I recommend connecting to the front of the blade directly using an SUV (serial, USB, video) cable. This will bypass the iLO connection. I have not heard any evidence to suggest it, but perhaps the iLO drivers are not loaded when Windows safe mode starts....
good luck
