Rescan VMFS shows up in Tasks & Events in VirtualCenter

i am trying to figure out if SIM is causing this event that i keep getting in VirtualCener. Any ideas?

Hello,

if i recall correcly ESX atomatically rescan datastore every 5 min..

if rescans occurs more freqently could be
some a SCSI Reservation conflicts or may be a hba/path problem..

( FC /EVA storage? have you checked for ILT or flapping FC port (increasing LIPs count,ecc) ? )
