SPP still running on BL460c after 5 hours, is it hung?

Started running

HP_Service_Pack_for_Proliant_2014.02.0-0_761723-001_spp_2014.02.0-SPP2014020.2014_0128.5.iso

on a BL460c G1 and now still at the black screen with HP logo after 5 hours. See attached.

I booted from ISO via ILO through the blade chassis OA. Ran the Automatic update option.

Any ideas?

Systems using software and firmware components delivered with the following products should be able to easily migrate to this SPP:

2013.09.0(B)
2013.02.0(B)

is that the server has been updated with these versions?

Rebooted host and used SPP2012010.2012_0119.47.iso instead.

I just went into downloads by serial number this is the ne that came up.

All good no issues so far.

Not sure I understand.
Are you saying BL460c G1 should be able to go to 2013.09.0(B)

Re: SPP still running on BL460c after 5 hours, is it hung?

HP supports each SPP version for 12 months. Customers may choose to update to the current SPP from a previous SPP version. This is acceptable as long as the earlier version is within current versionтАЩs 12 month support period. This means that customers may directly update their SPP by skipping intermediate releases within the 12 month support period.
