Sizing question: Replacement of C7000 with 5 active blades (2 Clusters and 1 single)

Hi everyone,

we want replace our current c7000 with another solution. We might stay with HPE on this one.
As we bought this blade system we had much more virtual maschines (more into SaaS now) and they will decrease.
So at the moment i count ~60 VMs with 200vcpus and 520GB RAM. They will decrease to ~40
Some of the VMs are compute intensive (SQL Server for erp and sharepoint)
We want to keep our 3PAR 8200 connected with FC
We will also exchange the network devices (extreme or HPE) attached

CPU
Single Host: AVG 15% (SQL) - E5-2670 - 2 sockets
CL1: AVG 40% (SharePoint / ERP BE/FE) - E5-2670 - 2 sockets
CL2: AVG 8% - Xeon 6140 Gold - 2 sockets

So open question. What can be the system following the blade system?

Best regards and a happy new year

Stephan

Hi,

thanks for your answer. But that's why i asked here to get some different opinions. I already have a recommendation and i want to double check it.
But seems like not so many ppl active or open so i must check with a competitor then to compare.

Nevertheless thanks for your answer

Stephan
