Hi all,
One of our cool FANs is working at more than 75% of speed always and any FAN will work at same speed when replaced with the problomatic FAN. Even new FANs.
So what is the problem? Can you help me to fix it?

Re: Thermal Subsystem Problem
We have C7000 enclosure and BL460c G6 and G7 servers, all the servers ROM and iLO are upgraded to last version.
OA version is 4.40 and we have one OA per enclosure.
ESXi 5.5 is installed on the mentioned server.
On of cooling FANs is operating at 73% of its speed always. I've check the server virtual fan and virtual fan is under 30% for each of the servers.
