Unable to launch the Onboard administrator web page

I am setting up a new blade system on a c7000 enclosure. I tried to launch the onboard administrator UI by typing the ip address of the OA on the explorer but it failed.
However I am able to connect to the OA using telnet. The PC I used was running Windows Vista.

Am I missing some key configurations?

Re: Unable to launch the Onboard administrator web page

Check your Proxy settings in IE. click on Options ---> Connections--> Go to Advanced and try to bypass the proxy if your PC (Client) is in the same network as OA.

If you can telnet to OA, you should be able to access it using a explorer.

What address are you using to attach?

should be in the form https://ip.ad.dr.es

Re: Unable to launch the Onboard administrator web page

Thanks for all suggestions. I am able to access the OA GUI when I turned off the proxy settings completely. Turning on the bypass local address setting did not work still
