Urgent help needed - c7000 OA Initialization stops at 11/15 or 9/15
Hi,
We have 5 enclosures, brand new, all with the latest OA's. 2.41 firmware.
On all 5 enclosures the Insight Display just shows 9/15 or 11/15 and we cannot get to the OA web interface (most of the time).
Also, if we can get there and set network settings, the settings are lost when swapping to standby or re-seatting the OA.
We have tried re-seating OA, entire OA Sleeve, powering on and off enclosures, downgrading FW.
Wondering if anyone within HP or another customer has the init codes and what step 11 is? or why this might be happening and how to fix?

Check your blades so they have the latest BIOS and ILO.
See this site to determine if you are on a supported level for bios and ILO.
