VC FC issues... Cannot see the Presented Lun till VC Modules are Rebooted

Has anyone had the issue when placing a new blade in one cannot see the presented LUNS until the process of shutting down all the blades in the enclosure and then shutting down the VC FC Modules.

I have updated to 1.21 for the VC FC and 2.21??for the OA. After which I have not seen the issue however I have not added any more blades in. So part of the issue has been resolved but the part of adding a new blade and getting it presented has not since been tested.

I guess my question is, am I alone in this issue or have other people had this issue and what did you do to resolve it?

You might want to try latest VC firmware. And check from Your HBA BIOS that the "point-to-point only" setting is enabled.
