Once we upgraded the VC Flex-10 modules to firmware 3.15 - the SAN modules are now "unknown" status. Tried to use the same firmware to upgrade them but it fails.

You need to so some major firmware maintenance on your Blade Enclosure.

Currrent firmware for the OA is at 3.21

Current iLo firmware's are at 2.05(for iLo2)

Current Power Mnagement Procs are 3.4

Server ROM's vary and without knowing what you have... I won't try to guess what you need to get to.

Moving to the newer OA firmware will likely give you some warnings about your power supplies as well.


This is not a guarantee that all will be fixed, just a notice that you are ... "waaaaaay" out of date at least on the OA and there could be compatibility issues between/with communications to the VC Modules... now that they are at the latest firmware.
