Was it a dip switch on server motherboard. refer to instructions on the cover of the server.

More information......Is this on a blade, enclosure, other? Where on the item is the JS2 connector?
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

Sorry I should have given more information. I see that connector information on my interconnect bay switches (both network and SAN). What is that connector used for?
