Win2003-sp1 crash with event "ql2300 driver failed to allocate memory"

Hello,

I have four BL45p-G1 with 16GB & 381881-B21 FC adapters with EVA6000 shared storage. Two of them are Oracle RAC cluster and the other two ones are used as application servers.
- Either one of the DB servers (RAC) is crashing several times during work hours in a day (only 2GB RAM are used from 16GB...!).
- Before the dump occurs, several warning messages are logged in the event viewer with subject "ql2300 driver failed to allocate memory".
- Checking on HP support, we have upgraded the QL2300 driver to the latest revision (9.1.3.18) but we still getting the same problem.
- We have tested each DB server alone: same result.

Any help please?
