I read on the internet that the reason may be the absence of OA. Can our OA out of order, or lost link with enclosure?
If i reset OA affect it on the servers?
Can it help me?

This can besides firmware be caused by a blade server having some kind of issues, a blank not installed, obvious room temperature/airflow issues.

So yes please update firmware to 1.82 for all ILO's and at least 2.60 or higher for the OA...
