c7000 G2 BL460c G6 ILO Virtual Media Problem

I am wondering if anyone has run into this...When I mount an ISO (have tried with and w/o smartstart, 3 different W2K3 and ESX) to install any OS on one of our new blades, it gets a portion of the way through the install and then the install just fails. ESX install reports an IO Error and can't complete the install. It is almost like when someone ejects a CD from a physical CD drive in the middle of the install. We have other enclosures and have not run into this problem ever...Firmware is updated, NICs are set to 100/full (same on the switch). Support is researching, but I am at a loss... Any help would be appreciated!
