well ..there is several threads about the same issue. And also there is several ways to do it.

1. Download FDT 1.62 (Firmware Deployment Tool) for bladesystem. It's a bootable ISO which will update everything inside a blade.

2. Download latest OA FW (2.60) and update it eg. from web GUI.

3. You did not mention what interconnects you have.

I was update firmware OA and ilo2 and fimware of one blade system but i can't even now install system from ilo2 because image it is working...

I updated c7000 to 2.41 (Feb 24 2009 version), blade to O15 07/10/2009 and ilo2 to 1.80 Oct 30 2009.
