Re: ebipa ip address

Hi Geolek,

There is no specific procedure to change the EBIPA. You can type in the IP in EBIPA page and Enable EBIPA and Click on Apply.

Syslog should give a message that the EBIPA IP address is modified to the New IP.

If the IP is not applied you should get a error in Syslog. r u getting any error?

Re: ebipa ip address

Are the ILOs on the blades themselves set to static or DHCP?

They must be set to DHCP for EBIPA to work.

If they are not, set them all to DHCP then reconfigure EBIPA and watch the IP addresses change when they are reset.

Re: ebipa ip address

i changed ebipa ips from static to dhcp, after chassis and switch reset went back to static ebipa ips and the problem solved.
