When are the 4 nics enmbedded for the proliant bl20p g3?
are they in the system board? or
are they in the standard nic mezzanine card?
i have a problem with the "nic number 4" i pinging to him and not response, only in that server ...

Hi,
4 LAN port is embedded (plus iLO), but only with enhanced enclosure. With older enclosure only 3 LAN port (plus iLO). Mezzanine card pro p-class was only FC HBA.

technically speaking, 2 of the 'embedded' NICs are on the BL20pG3 system board and 2 reside on a daughter card...

using the HPECM tool will help you determine where NIC 4 (is that LAC 4?) connects to the switch port or patch panel port:
