iLo remote console unable to connect
Remote console is saying service already used by someone
-how can i forcefully acquire the console.
-can i upgrade to ilo2

Note that you only want to do a soft reset of the ilo and not the 4-second reset.

From the Network Settings page you can click "Apply". This will reset the iLO processor and terminate any active console sessions (you do not have to change any settings before clicking apply.)

To make this simpler in the future, choose Yes for "Enable Remote Console Acquire" on the Global Settings page.

it's hardware, and "integrated" so : NO
but what model system you have?
ilo2 is out a long time, so maybe you allready have ilo2 (i'd guess G2 or up).
firmware 1.78 is out so you may only need to upgrade this.
