lost ip packages under team enviroment

hardware: server:BL280G6*2
switch module:GBE2C*2
Software: OS: windows 2003 R2 (32bit)
Software:HP NCU
question: I set two network team with HP NCU under two BL280G6,(every blade team two integrate network-card to one ),but when I used ping between these two servers, it displayed 2-8% loss data(team module NFT); when I do not set team, ping every integrate network-card between two servers, it displayed 0% loss data(no team)
why?
I have updated the NCU and network-card driver to latest.

what is your switch config for speed settings to downlink ports for server bays ? Should ne autoneg.
