mysterious crash machine

Has anyone had problem with server Blade that stay apparently online (led of the blade are on) but the machine is not any more catch with ping or terminal server. Tha machine is a part of cluster service (win serverv 2003 64 bit) and when happen this problem, I must turn off blade an the turn on.
Neither event viewer nor HP proliant integrated managment log nothing.

When the servers freezes, are you still able to log into the ILO port?

Yes I am able to take control of the machine with ILO. I have discovered (with ILo control) that the machine is in hang state or rather I look the the screen of win server 2003 Control + alt + canc for log on in the machine, but the machine is freeze in this screen.
It is not possible make nothing if not turn off and turn on machine.

In this case, try to do a NMI (non maskable interrupt) crash dump from the ILO. It is always useful when the system is hung and you want to find the root cause of the problem.
and then send the output to HP, they should be able to take a look at the dump and analyse the cause of the issue.

To generate an NMI using iLO:
1. Log into the iLO processor of the target using an account with the Virtual Power & Reset privilege.
2. Navigate to the Diagnostics or Server and iLO Diagnostics screen.
3. Click the Generate NMI to System
