nc550m doesnt show in BIOS

bl465cg7 doesn't show HPNC550 which is in mezzanine slot.
server has all the laterst BIOS ROM firmware.......

Hi Bhavani,

NC550m requires a minimum of 2 GB of server memory, If this condition fulfills check if card detected during POST, if not do some swapping to confirm if it is failed.

According to the document BL465c G7 is not shown as a compatible server with HP NC550m.

NC550m is a Type I Adapter, you can try installing this card in Mezzanine connector 1 or 2 slot of this server.

-PCI device is enabled in BIOS.
-tried swapping and no luck

And I have attached the datasheet which has servers which are supported with this card.

-right now its on MEZ slot 2. We tried to swap to Mez slot 1 it failed.

-I don't have a problem on OS windows 2008 R2, it can detect and I can team too.

-Its only in BIOS showing as unknown PCI device.

-I logged a case with HP L2 and its already been a week, I just got response once.
