new c7000 rails - what's the trick to install
Thank you in advance for any and all assistance. We received our new c7000 and I am trying to install the rails into our EVA 4400 rack but the rails won't lock in to our rack. I have downloaded the "HP BladeSystem c7000 Enclosure Setup and Installation Guide" and have followed the directions but I can only get the top 2 pins on the left rear rail to install I cannot get the bottom 2 pins on the left rear rail to install. What is the trick to install these rails? or am I even supposed to get all 4 pins to lock into the rack at all?
Thanks,
Erik
Thanks,
Erik

Re: new c7000 rails - what's the trick to install
Erik,
am I even supposed to get all 4 pins to lock into the rack at all?
Yes you need to lock all the 4 Pins.
What is the trick to install these rails?
Extend the rail by pressing a Extension in the rail. Press it to the Lock, only thing is you need to adjust the length properly.
